Harmful If Swallowed is the first CD/DVD set from American comedian Dane Cook. It was released on July 22, 2003.
Before this version produced by Comedy Central Records came out, there was another slightly different version of this album that was independently-produced by Cook himself that contained a track lampooning Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter. This track was removed without explanation for the "official" CD / DVD release, although it is likely that Cook had it removed because he has since veered his humor away from getting laughs at the expense of other celebrities. To fill the gap of the missing track, the bonus track was added in this cut of the album.
